These terms apply when you book or use a repair service from Mobile Doctor Lucknow. By sending a booking request you agree to them.

2. Where we work

We serve Lucknow only. Our technician visits the home or office address you give us, so please enter it correctly with the right pincode.

3. Booking

A booking request is confirmed only after our team confirms it by call or WhatsApp. The exact arrival time is shared at that time. Please keep your phone reachable and be available at the address.

4. Prices

Prices shown on the site are starting prices. The final price is told to you after the technician inspects the phone, and no repair work is done without your approval. If you decline the repair, no work is carried out.

5. Parts and repair

The parts and work needed are explained to you before the repair begins. We may decline a repair that cannot be done safely at your doorstep.

6. Warranty

Repairs come with a 90-day warranty on the part replaced and the work done, as told to you by the technician at the time of repair. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, tampering by others, or damage that happens after the repair.

7. Your data

Please back up your phone before our visit. We are not responsible for data loss during or after a repair.

8. Payment

Payment is made to the technician after the repair is completed and you are satisfied that the work is done.

9. Cancel or change

To cancel or change a booking, call or WhatsApp us before the technician leaves for your address.

10. Reviews

Customer reviews are checked by our team before they appear on the site. We may remove reviews that contain links, abuse, or private details.
