1. What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, mobile number, phone brand and model, the problem, your address and pincode, and your preferred time. If you tap the location button, we also collect your approximate map position. If you write a review, we store your rating, comment and display name. We also note which ad or link brought you to the site.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information only to arrange and complete your repair, to contact you about it, and to improve our service.

3. Who can see it

Your booking details are visible to our team and to the technician who visits you. They are stored with our hosting and database providers (Cloudflare and Supabase). When you tap the WhatsApp button, your message is sent through WhatsApp. We do not sell your information.

4. Reviews

If your review is approved, your rating, comment and display name appear publicly on the site. Your phone number and booking details are never shown.

5. Storage on your device

The site stores small items in your browser, such as your language choice, the ad link you arrived from, and your own review so that you can edit or delete it. It does not use advertising cookies at this time.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the service and keep our own records.
